Shipping policy

Bedcandy orders are processed Monday – Friday, normally within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.

All orders are shipped via the Australia Post network and shipping rates are calculated at the checkout based on Destination postcode/Country and dimensions of the order.

You will receive a tracking notification email/sms from Australia Post once the order has been picked up.

Note that the tracking will not be visible on Australia Posts website until they have picked up the order.

Once your order is completed, you will be emailed an “Order Complete” email which will also include the tracking notification.

Free shipping is available on orders within Australia at $110AUD and to New Zealand at $300NZD Retail customers only. Wholesale customers are not included in the Free Shipping offer and if have opted for this due to it showing at the checkout, a shipping fee will be charged accordingly based on order size.
